SUBSTITUTE LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE FOR SMOKE CANDLE
To provide a smoke candle substitute light emitting device which can be quickly installed on a road surface in a stable state without igniting and can avoid damage or jumping up to affect other vehicles even when hit by a vehicle.SOLUTION: A light emitting device used as a substitute for a smoke candle, comprises: a base part 11; a light source part 13 mounted on the upper surface side of the base part 11 and having an LED 12 mounted thereon; a light emitting body part 15 provided with a battery,; and a protective cover body 16 including a translucent window part 16a mounted on the upper surface side of the base part 11 to cover the light emitting body part 15 at a height allowing vehicles to ride over; and a rubber-made flange plate part 17 annularly and continuously provided over the entire periphery so as to protrude outward from an outer peripheral edge part 11a of the base part 11. The rubber-made flange plate part 17 is provided so as to protrude outward from the outer peripheral edge part 11a of the base part 11 with a predetermined protrusion width b, and is installed on a road surface 30 in a state where the lower surface of the rubber-made flange plate part 17 is in contact with the road surface 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】発火させることなく、安定した状態で迅速に路面に設置でき、車両に踏まれた場合でも、破損したり跳ね上って他の車両に影響を及ぼすのを回避できる発炎筒代替発光装置を提供する。【解決手段】発炎筒の代替品として用いられる発光装置であって、基盤部11と、基盤部11の上面側に設置される、LED12が取り付けられた光源部13、及びバッテリーを備える発光本体部15と、車両が乗越え可能な高さで発光本体部15を覆って基盤部11の上面側に取り付けられた、透光窓部16aを備える防護カバー体16と、基盤部11の外周縁部11aから外側に張出すようにして、全周に亘って環状に連続して設けられたゴム製ツバ板部17とを含んで構成される。ゴム製ツバ板部17は、所定の張り出し幅bで基盤部11の外周縁部11aから外側に張り出して設けられており、ゴム製ツバ板部17の下面を路面30に接触させた状態で、路面30に設置される。【選択図】図1
