To provide a setting and removing method capable of smoothly setting and removing a smoke candle replacing light emitting product on and from the road surface without affecting a travelling general vehicle excessively.SOLUTION: There is provided a setting and removing method for setting or removing a smoke candle replacing light emitting apparatus 10 which is set on a road surface 30 and warns a driver, and the smoke candle replacing light emitting apparatus 10 is configured to include a base part 11, a light emitting body part 15, and a protection cover body 16 attached to cover the light emitting body part 15. In the protection cover body 16, an annular engaged part 20 is provided to an upper surface part 16e, a worker who is getting on a management vehicle operates a rod-shaped member 22 provided with a hook-shaped engaging part 22a at the distal end part, while getting on the management vehicle, and sets or removes each smoke candle replacing light emitting apparatus 10 on and from the road surface 30 while engaging the hook-shaped engaging part 22a to the annular engaged part 20 detachably.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】走行する一般車両に過度な影響を及ぼすことなく、発炎筒代替品をスムーズに路面に設置したり撤去できる設置撤去方法を提供する。【解決手段】路面３０に設置されて運転者に注意を喚起する発炎筒代替発光装置１０を、設置又は撤去するための設置撤去方法であって、発炎筒代替発光装置１０は、基盤部１１と、発光本体部１５と、発光本体部１５を覆って取り付けられた防護カバー体１６とを含んで構成される。防護カバー体１６には、上面部１６ｅに環状被係止部２０が設けられており、管理車両に乗車している作業員が、管理車両に乗車したまま、先端部にフック状係止部２２ａを備えるロッド状部材２２を操作して、フック状係止部２２ａを環状被係止部２０に着脱可能に係止しながら、各々の発炎筒代替発光装置１０を路面３０に設置又は撤去する。【選択図】図１
