CARRYING IN/OUT METHOD OF STEEL MOLD FRAME TO FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION SITE, STEEL MOLD FRAME ASSEMBLY METAL FITTING, AND STEEL MOLD FRAME CARRYING CONTAINER
To provide a carrying in/out method for facilitating operation of carrying out/in of a steel mold frame group to a foundation construction site.SOLUTION: A steel mold frame assembly metal fitting A1 is used to form a steel mold frame carrying container C1 by assembling five rectangular steel mold frames F1, F2 in total in a hollow rectangular parallelepiped shape selected from a steel mold frame group used in a foundation installation site by using four steel mold frame assembly metal fittings A1 where corner insertion grooves 7 are formed between support steel plates 5, 6 by integrally arranging the upper and lower support steel plates 5, 6 inside of an inner orthogonal steel plate 2, wherein orthogonal insertion grooves 4 are formed between orthogonal steel plates 1, 2 by connecting the inner and outer orthogonal steel plates 1, 2 with bottom part connection steel plates 3 with a specific gap therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】基礎施工現場に対する鋼製型枠群の搬入出の作業を容易にすることである。【解決手段】鋼製型枠組付け金具A1は、内外の各直交鋼板1,2を所定間隔をおいて底部連結鋼板3で連結することで、各直交鋼板1,2の間に直交挿入溝4が形成され、内直交鋼板2の内側に上下の各支持鋼板5,6を一体に設けることで、各支持鋼板5,6の間に隅部挿入溝7が形成された計4個の鋼製型枠組付け金具A1を用いて、基礎施工現場で使用する鋼製型枠群から選択された方形状の計5枚の鋼製型枠F1,F2を中空直方体状に組み付けて、鋼製型枠搬送コンテナC1を形成する。【選択図】 図6
