IRREGULAR-SHAPE BAR STEEL CONNECTION STRUCTURE
To connect an irregular-shape bar steel varied in dimension for every manufacturer and product, in a strong state of not causing dislocation in the longer direction of the irregular-shape bar steel.SOLUTION: An irregular-shape bar steel connection tool 11 for connecting a tip part 13 of irregular-shape bar steel 12, comprises a locking member 31 arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the irregular-shape bar steel 12 and a cylindrical coupler 51 inserted and fitted into the irregular-shape bar steel 12 and surrounding the locking member 31. The locking member 31 comprises: a crest part 33 formed on an inner peripheral surface and entering between nodes 16 of the irregular-shape bar steel 12 with clearances 32 between the nodes 16 and itself; and an inclined plane 34 formed on the outer peripheral surface and having a diameter larger toward the tip side pressed down by the coupler 51. The coupler 51 has: a conical surface 53 of a diameter larger toward the tip side for pressing the inclined plane 34 of the locking member 31 to the tip direction and the irregular-shape bar steel 12 side by the relative movement toward the tip side of the irregular-shape bar steel 12; and a screw part 54 for joining to a connection mate in order on the tip side from the rear end side in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】メーカーや製品ごとに寸法にばらつきのある異形棒鋼の接続が、異形棒鋼の長手方向でずれを生じない強固な状態に行えるようにする。【解決手段】異形棒鋼12の先端部13を接続するための異形棒鋼接続具11において、異形棒鋼12の外周面に配置される係止部材31と、異形棒鋼12に挿嵌されて係止部材31を取り囲む筒状のカプラ51を備える。係止部材31は、内周面に形成されて異形棒鋼12の節16間に節16との間に隙間32をあけて入り込む山部33と、外周面に形成されてカプラ51に押さえられる先端側ほど大径の傾斜面34を有する。カプラ51は、異形棒鋼12の先端側に向けての相対移動で係止部材31の傾斜面34を先端方向と異形棒鋼12側に押圧する先端側ほど大径の円錐状面53と、接続相手に対する結合用のねじ部54を、軸方向の後端側から先端側に順に有する。【選択図】図1
