To provide an irregular shape steel bar tie metal capable of binding two separate irregular shape steel bars.SOLUTION: The irregular shape steel bar tie metal binding two irregular shape steel bars separated from each other during a reinforcement placement work of steel bars using irregular shape steel bars, and provided between two irregular shape steel bars to be bound, comprises: a shell having main holes each processed on one surface and the other surface where two irregular shape steel bars face each other, and a partition wall between the main hole processed on one surface and the main hole processed on the other surface; a cap screwed to a pair of main holes processed on the shell; a first irregular shape steel bar passage hole penetrating through the center of the cap so that the irregular shape steel bar can pass therethrough and having a tapered inner peripheral surface; and binding means provided inside of the main hole and clamped in a gap between the first irregular shape steel bar passage hole and the irregular shape steel bar to bind the irregular shape steel bar and the shell when the cap is pulled inside of the main hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 分離された2本の異形鉄筋をつなぎ合わせることのできる異形鉄筋つなぎ金具を提供すること。【解決手段】 異形鉄筋を用いた鉄筋の配筋作業の際に互いに分離された2本の異形鉄筋を結束する異形鉄筋つなぎ金具において、前記異形鉄筋つなぎ金具は、つなぎ合わせようとする2本の異形鉄筋の間に設けられるが、2本の異形鉄筋をそれぞれ向かい合う一方の面と他方の面に主孔が加工され、一方の面に加工された主孔と他方の面に加工された主孔との間には仕切り隔壁が形成された胴体と、前記胴体に加工された一対の主孔にそれぞれ螺着されるキャップと、前記キャップの中央を貫通して異形鉄筋が通過されるようにし、内周面が先細まりとなる第1の異形鉄筋通過孔と、前記主孔の内部に設けられ、前記キャップが前記主孔内に引き込まれたときに第1の異形鉄筋通過孔と異形鉄筋との間の隙間に挟着されて異形鉄筋と胴体 とを結束する結束手段とを備える。【選択図】図1
