IRREGULAR SHAPE BAR STEEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irregular shape bar steel with a high flex resistance.SOLUTION: An irregular shape bar steel P1 comprises: knots 11 in a circumferential direction, which are formed at a required distance from each other in a lengthwise direction of an outer peripheral surface; ribs 12, which are formed around the outer peripheral surface at a required distance from each other in a circumferential direction intersecting with the knots; and grooves (concavity) 13 surrounded by the knots and the ribs on the outer peripheral surface. The irregular shape bar steel P1 is used by bending. At least three grooves 13 are disposed at evenly divided sections in the circumferential direction in zigzag in the lengthwise direction. Thus, the grooves 13 are not positioned on the same circumference, which improves a bearing force against bending. The irregular shape bar steel with this configuration can be used as a hoop and a stirrup by appropriately bending and the hoop and the stirrup are used to construct a reinforced concrete structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐屈曲性の高い異形棒鋼とする。【解決手段】外周面の長さ方向に所要間隔で形成した周方向の節11と、前記外周面の周囲に前記節に交差する周方向に所要間隔で形成した長さ方向のリブ12と、前記外周面に前記節とリブで囲まれた溝(凹部)13とを有する屈曲して使用される異形棒鋼P1である。その溝13は、周方向等分位に3個以上とするとともに前記長さ方向に千鳥足状とする。このように、溝13を周方向等分位に3個以上、長さ方向に千鳥足状とすることにより、溝13が同一周上に位置することが無くなり、屈曲に対する耐力が向上する。これらの構成の異形棒鋼は、適宜に屈曲することにより帯筋やあばら筋とすることができ、その帯筋又はあばら筋を使用して鉄筋コンクリート構造物を構築する。【選択図】図1
