To provide a vehicle slide door device which prevents a slide door from opening when the slide door is pushed toward the interior of a vehicle at the time of side collision of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle slide door device includes: a bracket which is fixed in a slide door; a lever operating mechanism which is supported by the bracket and performs an opening operation of a release lever connected to a door lock unit in response to an operation of an inner handle in an opening direction, the door lock unit being configured to cause the slide door to be openable by the opening operation of the release lever; a child protection lever which is supported by the bracket in a movable manner and prevents transmission of an operating force of the inner handle to the release lever by the movement to one side; and a slider which is supported by the bracket so as to be slidable to the interior of the vehicle on an outer panel side of the slide door and causes the child protection lever to move to one side when pushed to the interior of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
