To provide a vehicle slide door device that can improve operability while suppressing structural complication.SOLUTION: A vehicle slide door device 1 comprises: an object sensor 40 that is provided to an edge SDE of a slide door SD on a door closing operation side of the slide door SD and that detects an object to be held between the slide door SD and an opening O of a vehicle V; an object determination unit that determines whether the object to be held is present on the basis of a signal from th object sensor 40 during the door closing operation of the slide door SD; and a driving control unit that causes the slide door SD to be opened when the object determination unit determines the presence of the object to be held. The driving control unit 12 closes the side door SD when the object sensor 40 detects the object during the stop of the slide door SD where the opening O of the vehicle V is opened by a prescribed amount or more by the slide door SD.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】構成の複雑化を抑えつつ操作性を向上させることができる車両用スライドドア装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両用スライドドア装置１は、スライドドアＳＤのうちスライドドアＳＤの閉扉動作側の縁部ＳＤＥに設けられ、スライドドアＳＤと車両Ｖの開口部Ｏとの間の挟み込み対象となる物体を検知するための物体センサ４０と、スライドドアＳＤの閉扉動作時に物体センサ４０からの信号に基づいて挟み込み対象の存在を判断する対象判断部と、対象判断部により挟み込み対象の存在が判断された場合に、スライドドアＳＤを開扉動作させる駆動制御部とを備えている。駆動制御部１２は、スライドドアＳＤにより車両Ｖの開口部Ｏが所定量以上開いているスライドドアＳＤの停止時に、物体センサ４０により物体が検出された場合にスライドドアＳＤを閉扉動作させる。【選択図】図１
