To provide a boarding/alighting device that does not cause passengers to feel anxious when boarding and alighting from a small ship so as to provide smooth boarding and alighting for the passengers.SOLUTION: A boarding/alighting device 1 is provided with a rotating body 3 that angles the boarding/alighting device 1 toward a small ship anchorage space b to place it on an upper position of a small ship c, a fixing joint that detachably locks the boarding/alighting device 1 in a reception recessed part f of the small ship c to moor the small ship, and a hoisting means 5 that rotates and hoists the rotating body 3 to the upright position on a boarding/alighting surface d of a land boarding/alighting place a. One end of the rotating body 3 is provided with a land boarding/alighting opening 7, and a rotating body side surface 8 being the other end of the rotating body 3 is provided with a ship boarding/alighting opening 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
