To provide an underwater building vessel Yamato carrying out prevention measures for great tsunamis due to natural disasters and earthquakes which is useful for responding since people of coastal areas where nuclear reactors exist probably did not immediately think of ways of escaping, destination of an escape and a safe place since no one in East Japan had any experience and since a Nankai Trough Earthquake which is assumed to occur in the future could cause the tsunami along the coast.SOLUTION: It is necessary to have an underwater building vessel Yamato, a physical guard for a nuclear reactor, in a place where an especially high tsunami make strike on a coast.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
