To provide a reinforcing structure and a reinforcing method of a pile support structure which can reinforce a pile head and a concrete part in the vicinity integrally with each other and is excellent in workability.SOLUTION: A reinforcing structure of a pile support structure 1 comprises: a reinforcing member 8 having a pile fixing body 10 fixed to an outer periphery of a pile 4 at a position below a superstructure 7, a superstructure fixing parts 11, 11 fixed to the superstructure lower surface, and support reinforcing portions 12, 12 straddling the superstructure fixing part 11 and the pile fixing body 10. The superstructure 7 is supported by the pile 4 via the reinforcing member 8 so that the pile 4 and the superstructure 7 can be integrally reinforced without going through the deterioration part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
