The invention relates to an existing engineering pile reinforcing method which comprises the following steps: carrying out comprehensive evaluation by using a sound wave refined retest method and a drilling core-pulling method, and determining a to-be-reinforced area; according to the to-be-reinforced area, the number of steel structures for reinforcement and the length of steel bars in the steel structures are determined and manufactured; a steel structure for reinforcement is placed in the drilled core hole in the to-be-reinforced area, and then high-pressure grouting is conducted on a gap between the steel structure and the drilled core hole; concrete is recharged into all the sounding holes in the engineering pile; the reinforced engineering pile is detected; the invention further relates to a reinforcing structure of the existing engineering pile. According to the steel structure for reinforcement, the steel structure comprises a section of steel bar with extremely high structural strength and is arranged at the position, corresponding to the height of the crushing section, in the pile body, structural reinforcement is effectively conducted on the incomplete area of the pile body of the existing engineering pile, so that the bearing capacity of the existing engineering pile is enhanced, and the bearing requirement is met; and the construction cost of pile repairing is reduced, and the delayed construction progress is also reduced.
本发明涉及一种既有工程桩补强方法,包括以下步骤:利用声波精细化复测法与钻孔抽芯法进行综合评估,确定待补强区域;根据待补强区域,确定并制作补强用的钢结构的数量与钢结构中钢棒的长度;在待补强区域中的钻芯孔放入补强用的钢结构,然后对钢结构与钻芯孔之间的空隙进行高压注浆;将工程桩上的所有声测孔回灌混凝土;检测补强后的工程桩;还涉及一种既有工程桩的补强结构。本发明采用的补强用的钢结构,该钢结构包括一段结构强度极高的钢棒,并设置在桩身内部对应破碎段的高度,有效针对既有工程桩桩身不完整的区域进行结构补强,使得既有工程桩的承载力得到加强,满足承载需求,而且还降低了补桩的工程造价及耽误的施工进度。
