EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITION FOR REINFORCEMENT AND CURED PRODUCT OF THE SAME
To provide a coating type repair material which achieves simple construction method and dynamic physical properties, more specifically, an epoxy resin composition which enables a simple repair reinforcement method with less workload, for an aged structure.MEANS: A putty-like epoxy resin composition having normal temperature curability contains (A) a bi- or higher- liquid epoxy resin having viscosity at 25°C of 0.1-50 Pa s, (B) an amine-based curing agent, (C) a non-spherical reinforcement filler, (D) a coloring agent and (E) a thixotropic agent, in which the content of (C) the reinforcement filler is 25-60 mass% in the total composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 本発明は、簡便な施工方法と力学物性を実現する塗工型の補修材料、より具体的には、老朽化した構造物に対して、簡便で、施工時の作業負担の少ない修復補強工法を可能とするエポキシ樹脂組成物を提供することを目的とする。【手段】 本発明では、常温硬化性を有するエポキシ樹脂組成物であって、（Ａ）２５℃における粘度が０．１〜５０Ｐａ・ｓである２官能以上の液状エポキシ樹脂、（Ｂ）アミン系硬化剤、（Ｃ）非球状の強化充填剤、（Ｄ）着色剤及び（Ｅ）揺変剤を含有し、前記（Ｃ）強化充填材の含有量が全組成物中の２５〜６０質量％であるパテ状のエポキシ樹脂組成物を用いる。【選択図】図１
