Deck plate for deck road and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a deck plate for a deck road, which includes: a flat surface; a plurality of protruding ribs arranged to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval in a width direction of the flat surface while lengthily stretched along a longitudinal direction in an inner portion of the flat surface and protruding to an upper portion based on the flat surface; a plurality of cylindrical burs arranged on the flat surface along the longitudinal direction by a uniform interval and protruding to the upper portion based on the flat surface; and a second penetrating hole perforated between the plurality of cylindrical burs in the flat surface, wherein the flat surface can be formed in a corrugated shape through the plurality of protruding ribs arranged to be flat in the inner portion. Also, the present invention includes a manufacturing method of a deck plate for a deck road. Therefore, the deck plate for a deck road can prevent sliding of pedestrians.
본 발명은 데크 로드용 데크 플레이트에 관한 것으로, 편평면과; 편평면의 내부영역에서 길이방향을 따라 길게 뻗으며 편평면의 폭방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고 이격배치되고, 편평면을 기준으로 상방으로 돌출된 다수의 돌출 리브; 편평면에서 길이방향을 따라 균일한 간격으로 배열되고, 편평면을 기준으로 상방으로 돌출된 다수의 원통형 버; 및 편평면에서 다수의 원통형 버 사이에 천공된 제2 관통공;을 포함하는데, 여기서 편평면은 내부영역에서 평행하게 배치된 다수의 돌출 리브를 통해 파형 형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 데크 로드용 데크 플레이트의 제작 방법을 포함한다.
