MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COLUMN-BEAM JOINT STRUCTURE AND COLUMN-BEAM JOINT STRUCTURE
To provide a manufacturing method of a column-beam joint structure and a column-beam joint structure which can prevent enlargement of a column cross section due to increase of a flexure width of the beam by removing a need of having a large cutout of a flange of the beam, can reduce a steel material weight and is cost-effective.SOLUTION: In a column-beam joint structure 1, a plurality of thick parts 3, a cutout 7 and a fine width part 5 in a central side of a flange plate are integrally formed (divided) and cut by a cutting line 8 and the thick part 3 is welded and connected to a column 2a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】梁のフランジを大きく切欠く必要をなくして梁の曲げ幅の増加による、柱断面の拡大を防止して、鋼材重量を低減することができ、より安価な柱梁接合構造の製造方法及び柱梁接合構造を提供すること。【解決手段】柱梁接合構造1は、複数の厚肉部3、切欠き7及びフランジプレート中央側の細幅部5が一体として成形され、切断線8で切断(分割)されて、厚肉部3は、柱2aに溶接接合される。【選択図】図1
