To install easily and securely even in narrow spaces.SOLUTION: A rail overturning prevention device includes: a base part 11, in which a main bolt hole 11a11 is formed which is fixed by a rail fastener fixing bolt provided in a rail fastener for fixing a rail and a sleeper, and which is provided with nut parts 11b, 11b having a female screw hole extending in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the rail; and rail pressing parts 12, 12, having shanks 12a2, 12a2 formed with male screw parts screwed into the female screw holes at one end, and rollers 12b3 which make contact with the rail rotatably provided at the other end, and with bolt heads 12a1 disposed between the male screw parts 12a21 and the rollers 12b3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
