INORGANIC POWDER COATED INORGANIC FIBER, FABRIC USING THE SAME, INORGANIC FIBER REINFORCED CERAMIC GROUP COMPOSITE MATERIAL, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF INORGANIC POWDER COATED INORGANIC FIBER
To provide an inorganic powder coated inorganic fiber or the like having no need for a high temperature treatment and high coverage factor.SOLUTION: At first, an inorganic fiber 9 is woven two-dimensionally or three-dimensionally to form an inorganic fiber fabric 5 (S100). Next, a surface of the inorganic fiber fabric 5 (inorganic fiber 9) is charged positively (S101). A hydrophilic treatment and a negative charging treatment are conducted on an inorganic powder (S102). Then centrifugalization is conducted and supernatant is removed. I.e. excess SDC solution is removed (S103). Then resulting inorganic fiber 9 and each slurry of the inorganic powder are mixed (S104). Then the inorganic powder is adsorbed to a surface of the inorganic fiber 9 by stirring for a prescribed time, and a surface of the inorganic fiber 9 can be coated by the inorganic powder (S105).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
