VIBRATION CONTROL DEVICE FOR BRACE AND BRACE
To suppress oscillation of wooden framework structure.SOLUTION: A vibration control device for brace includes: a holding part 22 which inserts and holds an end part side of a brace body 21 so as to relatively move in the longer direction of the brace body 21 and which is fixed to a side part of a column material via a fixture; a coming-off prevention part 23 formed at the end part of the brace body 21, and for preventing coming off of the brace body 21 by coming into contact with the end part of the column material side in the longer direction of the holding part 22 in an initial position of a frame structure; a fastening mechanism 24 formed at the holding part 22 and for increasing/decreasing a frictional force when coming into contact with the brace body 21 inside by input of rotation; and a conversion mechanism 25 for inputting the rotation in the fastening mechanism 24 according to a linear motion of the brace body 21. In the case where a compressive force is applied to a brace 12, the conversion mechanism 25 increases the fastening force by the fastening mechanism 24 according to the movement of the brace body 21 and creates a state where always a predetermined frictional force acts between itself and the brace body 21. The brace body 21 is moved in this state, vibration energy is dissipated, and vibration of the frame is suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】木造軸組構造の揺れを抑制する。【解決手段】筋かい本体21の端部側を筋かい本体21の長手方向に相対移動可能に挿通保持しており柱材の側部に固定金具を介して固定される保持部22と、筋かい本体21の端部に形成されて架構構築の初期位置において保持部22の長手方向の柱材側の端部に接して筋かい本体21の抜け止めをする抜け止め部23と、保持部22に形成されて回転の入力で内部の筋かい本体21に対する接触時の摩擦力を増減させる締め付け機構24と、筋かい本体21の直線運動に従って締め付け機構24に回転を入力する変換機構25を備える。変換機構25は、筋かい12に圧縮力がかかった場合に、筋かい本体21の移動に従って締め付け機構24による締め付け力を増大させて、筋かい本体21との間で常に所定の摩擦力が作用する状態をつくる。この状態で筋かい本体21を移動させて振動のエネルギーを消散させて、架構の揺れを抑制する。【選択図】図4
