To provide a repair method of existing stair that can be easily covered with decorative members and that has excellent workability and design.SOLUTION: The repair method of stair is a method of covering an existing stair 1 having a kick plate 12 and a step board 11 having a nose 11a protruding from the kick plate 12 with a plate-shaped decorative member 2, in which the decorative member 2 has a first member 21 that covers the upper surface 11b of the tread plate 11 and the side surface 11c on the nose 11a side, a second member 22 that has a lower end surface 22a formed at an acute angle with respect to the decorative surface 22c and covers the kick plate 12, and a third member 23 for covering the step back 11d, in which the first member 21 is fixed to the tread plate 11, formed on the upper surface of the first member 21, the lower end of the second member 22 is fitted into the notch groove 21e having a width smaller than the plate thickness t1 of the second member 22, and the second member 22 is adhered to the kick plate 12, and the third member 23 is attached to the step back 11a in order from the lower step of the existing stair 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 既設階段を容易に化粧部材で被覆し、施工性及び意匠性に優れた階段の改修方法について提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 階段の改修方法は、蹴込み板１２と、段鼻１１ａが蹴込み板１２から突出した踏み板１１と、を具備する既設階段１を板状の化粧部材２で被覆する方法であって、化粧部材２は、踏み板１１の上面１１ｂ及び段鼻１１ａ側の側面１１ｃを被覆する第１部材２１と、化粧面２２ｃに対し下端面２２ａが鋭角に形成されて蹴込み板１２を被覆する第２部材２２と、踏み板１１の段裏１１ｄを被覆する第３部材２３と、を備え、第１部材２１を踏み板１１に貼着し、第１部材２１の上面に形成され、第２部材２２の板厚ｔ１よりも幅の狭い切欠き溝２１ｅに第２部材２２の下端部を嵌め合せて第２部材２２を蹴込み板１２に貼着し、段裏１１ａに第３部材２３を貼着することを既設階段１の下の段から順に施工する改修方法である。【選択図】図１
