To provide an operation lever of a hydraulic backhoe of which a position relative to an operator seat is adjustable in accordance with a physical constitution of an operator.SOLUTION: A left console device 13 is provided with: a mounting base 14 secured on a side of an operator seat 10; a rotating body 17 on a valve side rotatably supported on the mounting base 14, on which an operation lever 21 A is mounted; a rotating body 18 on a lever side rotatably supported on the rotating body 17 on the valve side, on which a gate lock lever 20 is mounted; and an engaging pin 25C setting a lock release position of the gate lock lever 20 through engaging with the rotating body 18 on the lever side. The mounting base 14 is provide with a lock release position adjustment device 24, where the lock release position adjustment device 24 comprises: a rocking plate 25 rockably mounted on the mounting plate 14, in which the engaging pin 25C is secured; and a plate securing mechanism 26 securing the rocking plate 25 at a position where the gate lock lever 20 is to be a desired lock release position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
