To provide a hydraulic backhoe allowing an operator to securely recognize an alarm informing that a seat belt is not fastened when operating in a situation where a movable body is around the hydraulic backhoe.SOLUTION: A controller 60 is configured; to output a first alarm through an alarming device 24 when a movable body is detected and a seat belt detection device 26a detects a seat belt 25 in a fastened status; to output a second alarm through the alarming device when no movable body is detected and the seat belt detection device detects the seat belt in an unfastened status; and to output the second alarm prior to the first alarm through the alarming device when the movable body is detected and the seat belt detection device detects the seat belt in the unfastened status.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
