SAFETY HANDRAIL IN BINDING TYPE SCAFFOLD
To provide a safety handrail in a binding type scaffold for preventing a locking tool with a hook of a safety band extending from body of an operator from slipping from the handrail.SOLUTION: A connection part (4) is configured by fixing in engagement an engagement piece (5a) of a bracket (5) in a plate shape part (4a) formed in both ends of bendable region of a horizontal material (2) made from a bendable metal pipe, in a state where engagement and disengagement means (6) arranged in the bracket is fixed to the post (1) of the scaffold and a recessed space (20) is formed at both ends of a horizontal material, by locking a locking tool (11) with a hook of a safety band extending from body of an operator to the horizontal material slidably, in a configuration of executing a high place work, a rigid part (G) is configured by fixing a short pipe (25) or a portal metal fitting (26) to an attached pipe part (2b) of the horizontal material adjacent to the plate shape part and locking means (22) for receiving the locking tool (11) with a hook sliding along the horizontal material by an end part of the short pipe or a portal metal fitting (25a)(26c) is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】作業者の身体から延びる安全帯のフック付き係止具が手摺から脱落することを防止した緊結足場用の安全手摺を提供する。【解決手段】撓曲可能な金属パイプ製の水平材(2)の撓曲可能領域の両端に形成した板状部(4a)にブラケット(5)の嵌入片(5a)を嵌入固着することにより連結部(4)を構成し、ブラケットに設けた係脱固着手段(6)を足場の支柱(1)に固定し、水平材の両端に凹入空間(20)が形成された状態で、水平材に作業者の身体から延びる安全帯のフック付き係止具(11)を摺動自在に係止することにより高所作業を行う構成において、前記板状部に隣接する水平材の被着管部(2b)に短管(25)又は門形金具(26)を固着することにより剛性部(G)を構成し、該短管又は門形金具の端部(25a)(26c)により水平材に沿って摺動するフック付き係止具(11)を受止める係止手段(22)を形成している。【選択図】図8
