To provide a thickener for a hydraulic composition that gives a proper material separation resistance, and allows a thickener and a water reducing agent to be suitably used as a one-liquid type water reducing agent.SOLUTION: Use of a thickener for a hydraulic composition containing a lignin, preferably a lignin with a weight average molecular weight of 30,000 or more makes it possible to prepare a one-liquid type water reducing agent having stable dispersibility, and the use of the one-liquid type water reducing agent makes it possible to produce a hydraulic composition having excellent bleeding inhibition or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】適度な材料分離抵抗性を付与するとともに、増粘剤と減水剤を一液型減水剤として好適に利用可能な水硬性組成物用増粘剤を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】リグニン、好ましくは重量平均分子量が３万以上であるリグニンを含む水硬性組成物用増粘剤として利用することにより、安定した分散性を有する一液型減水剤を作製でき、この一液型減水剤の使用はブリーディング抑制等に優れた水硬性組成物を製造することを可能にする。【選択図】 なし
