To provide cement slurry and a ground improvement method, capable of heightening efficiently strength of the ground.SOLUTION: There is provided cement slurry for improving the ground, containing cement, blast-furnace slag, salt and water. In the cement slurry, assuming that the total weight of cement and blast-furnace slag is 100 pts.wt., the blast-furnace slag is 80 pts.wt. or less (not containing 0), and further the salt is 20 pts.wt. or less (not containing 0).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
