To provide a sash unit and a frame structure body which can inhibit that the frame structure body damages by a sash frame at the time of an earthquake.SOLUTION: A sash unit related to this invention comprises a sash frame which comprises a vertical sash frame part that extends in the vertical direction, and a horizontal sash frame part that extends in the horizontal direction approximately perpendicular to the vertical direction, and a vertical frame part which extends along the vertical direction and on which the vertical sash frame part is mounted, and a horizontal frame part which extends along the horizontal direction and supports the vertical frame part. The vertical frame part is possible to move in the vertical direction to the horizontal frame part at the time of in-plane transformation of the sash frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
