To provide a frame structure, a sash unit and an opening structure allowing a heat insulation line of a building to be easily formed.SOLUTION: A frame structure of the present invention is a frame structure allowing a sash frame to be installed on a structural skeleton of a building, being provided with: a first vertical frame part on which the sash frame can be attached; a lateral frame part integrally configured with the first vertical frame part, or attached on the first frame part; and a second vertical frame part integrally configured with the lateral frame part, or attached on the lateral frame part. The first vertical frame part and the second vertical frame part are arranged at positions spaced apart in a width direction of the lateral frame part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
