To provide a sash frame which has structure capable of reducing a load to a cut-off material interposed between a vertical frame and a horizontal frame, in a connection portion between the vertical frame and the horizontal frame in the sash frame, and opening portion structure.SOLUTION: In a sash frame 1 where right and left vertical frames 3 and top and bottom horizontal frames 4 are connected as making cut-off materials 5 intervene, a frame 3 of the winning side in a connection portion 2, of the vertical frames 3 and the horizontal frames 4, has a hollow cylindrical portion 3b that extends in the axis direction of the frame 3 of the winning side, and a weaken portion 6 is provided in a side wall 3c of the hollow cylindrical portion 3b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】サッシ枠における縦枠と横枠と接続部において、当該縦枠と横枠との間に挟持された止水材に対する負荷を軽減可能な構成を有するサッシ枠及び開口部構造を提供する。【解決手段】左右の縦枠３と上下の横枠４とが、止水材５を介して接続されるサッシ枠１であって、縦枠３と横枠４のうち、接続部２における勝ち側の枠３は、該勝ち側の枠３の軸方向に延在する中空筒部３ｂを有し、中空筒部３ｂの側壁３ｃに弱化部６が設けられていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
