SASH FRAME, OPENING STRUCTURE, AND BUILDING
To provide a sash frame, an opening structure, and a building capable of suppressing excessive deformation or breakage of a sealer member sandwiched between the vertical frame and the horizontal frame at a connection portion between the vertical frame and the horizontal frame in sash frame.SOLUTION: A sash frame 1 of the present invention includes a vertical frame 3, a horizontal frame 4 connected to the vertical frame 3, and a flat plate-shaped sealer member 6 located between the vertical frame 3 and the horizontal frame 4. A water stop line L is formed by sandwiching a sealer member 6 between the water stop line forming portion P provided on one end surface 4a of either the vertical frame 3 or the horizontal frame 4 and the other side surface 3a and compressing it. The sealer member 6 has a first material portion 61 and a second material portion 62. The first material portion 61 has a higher compressive rigidity than the second material portion 62, and the first material portion 61 is provided at a position not crossing the water stop line L.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】サッシ枠における縦枠と横枠との接続部において、当該縦枠と横枠と間に挟持されたシーラー部材の過度の変形または破損を抑制することが可能なサッシ枠、開口部構造、及び建物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のサッシ枠1は、縦枠3と、縦枠3に接続される横枠4と、縦枠3と横枠4の間に位置する平板状のシーラー部材6と、を備え、縦枠3及び横枠4の何れか一方の端面4aに設けられた止水ライン形成部Pと、他方の側面3aとの間にシーラー部材6を挟持し、圧縮することにより止水ラインLが形成され、シーラー部材6は、第1材料部61と第2材料部62とを有し、第1材料部61は、第2材料部62よりも高い圧縮剛性を有し、第1材料部61は、止水ラインLを横断しない位置に設けられていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
