To provide a floor member repair device and a floor member repair system capable of repairing the floor member installed and capable of being downsizing.SOLUTION: The floor member repair device comprises: a frame body 21 having an opened lower surface 26, a repair head 65 discharging repair liquid 82 from a nozzle 81 through the opened lower surface 26, a repair head movement mechanism for supporting the repair head 65 movably along the lower surface, a camera 64 for imaging a surface of a floor member 91 on which the frame body 21 is placed through the opened lower surface 26, a damage detection part for detecting a damage 92 of the surface of the floor member 91 from the image by the camera 64, and a control part. The repair head 65 is arranged between said lower surface 26 and the camera 64 in a vertical direction vertical to the lower surface 26, the control part moves the repair head 63 along the lower surface 26 on the basis of the detection result of the damage detection part and controls the repair head movement mechanism and the repair head 65 so as to discharge the repair liquid 82 from the nozzle 81 to the damage of the surface of the floor member 91.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9B
