To provide a floor slab member loading method, which can efficiently load a floor slab member, and a floor slab member, which is preferably used in the method.SOLUTION: A floor slab member 10 comprises: a rectangular floor slab body having a pair of short sides 16 and a pair of long sides 17; one short side guide portion 31 that is disposed near one short side 16A of the pair of short sides 16 on the lower face of the floor slab body and extends in a direction intersecting with the one short side 16A; and an other short side guide portion 32 that is disposed near an other short side 16B of the pair of short sides 16 on the lower face of the floor slab body and extends in a direction intersecting with the other short side 16B. A loading method of the floor slab member 10 lifts the floor slab member 10 with a lifting device to above a predetermined position, and moves the floor slab member 10 downward while makes a taper surface of the one short guide portion 31 or a taper surface of the other short guide portion 32 contact a beam 2 of the structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
