To provide an aluminum nitride green sheet that has less tendency to decrease in its flexibility even if it is kept in the state of an aluminum nitride green sheet for a long term and has an excellent storage stability.SOLUTION: In an aluminum nitride green sheet including an aluminum nitride powder, a sintering assistant, a thermoplastic resin, and a plasticizer, the thermoplastic resin is a polyvinyl butyral resin, and the plasticizer has molecular weight of 300 or more, and is an ester between an aliphatic polyhydric carboxylic acid and an aliphatic monoalcohol or an ester between an aliphatic polyhydric alcohol and an aliphatic monocarboxylic acid and has two or more ester bonds.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】窒化アルミニウムグリーンシートの状態で長期間保存していても、その柔軟性が低下しにくい、優れた保存安定性を有する窒化アルミニウムグリーンシートの提供。【解決手段】窒化アルミニウム粉末、焼結助剤、熱可塑性樹脂、可塑剤を含む窒化アルミニウムグリーンシートにおいて、上記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリビニルブチラール樹脂であり、上記可塑剤が、３００以上の分子量を有し、且つ、脂肪族多価カルボン酸と脂肪族モノアルコールとのエステル又は脂肪族多価アルコールと脂肪族モノカルボン酸とのエステルであり、２つ以上のエステル結合を有するものである、窒化アルミニウムグリーンシート。【選択図】図１
