METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ASPHALT MIXTURE CONTAINING DETERIORATION INHIBITOR
To solve a problem that a conventional asphalt pavement has a huge cost for maintenance at the time of about 10 years and maintains maintenance, even though deterioration due to weather conditions and traffic volume is advanced and service life is 20 years, and it has been a problem to develop a technology development for a further manufacturing method.SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing an asphalt mixture containing a deterioration inhibitor of the present invention, a deterioration inhibitor using liquid glass as a raw material is added to the asphalt mixture to suppress deterioration of an asphalt pavement, thereby preventing "cracking" or " rutting", thereby solving the problem in the road paving of the asphalt mixture containing the deterioration inhibitor having a long service life of several years.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来のアスファルト舗装は、気象条件や交通量による劣化が進み耐用年数が20年とされるも、10年程度で維持修繕に膨大な費用をかけ維持管理をしているのが現状であり、更なる製造工法の技術開発が課題であった。【解決手段】本発明の劣化抑制剤入アスファルト混合物の製造方法は、アスファルト舗装の劣化を抑制するために液体ガラスを原料とした劣化抑制剤をアスファルト混合物に添加することで「ひび割れ」や「わだち掘れ」を防止させ、耐用年数が数年長くなる劣化抑制剤入アスファルト混合物の道路舗設で課題が解消される。【選択図】図１
