CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF EARTH ANCHOR OF EARTH RETAINING WALL
To provide a construction method of an earth anchor of an earth retaining wall capable of reduction of a construction period through preventing congestion of various construction processes and reducing replacement of construction machines by carrying out drilling anchor holes and forming anchorage bodies from a ground station.SOLUTION: Curved borehole 9 is drilled in the ground 1 by starting a drilling rod 5 from a boring machine 7 installed at a position separated with a predetermined distance 37 on the excavation side 35 from an earth retaining wall 3 constructed on the ground 1 by controlling rotation and non-rotation of the drilling rod 5 while applying vibration on the drilling rod 5 or impacting a tip bid 13. A linear anchor hole 10 is drilled in the earth retaining wall 3 and the ground 1 after the drilling rod 5 reach an anchor installation position 11 of the earth retaining wall 3 in a predetermined angle. Then, tension members are anchored on anchoring members arranged on a surface exposed through excavating an inner side of the earth retaining wall 3 after removing the drilling rod 5 while forming an anchoring body by inserting tension members in the anchor hole 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アンカ孔の削孔や定着体の形成を地上部から一括して行うことで工種の輻輳を防ぎ、施工機械の入れ替えを減らして工期を短縮することができる山留壁のアースアンカの施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤1に構築した山留壁3から掘削側35に所定の離隔37にある位置に設置したボーリングマシン7から削孔ロッド5を発進させ、削孔ロッド5に振動を、ないしは先端ビット13に打撃を加えつつ削孔ロッド5の回転と非回転とを制御することにより、地盤1に曲がりボーリング孔9を削孔する。削孔ロッド5は、山留壁3のアンカ打設位置11に所定の角度で到達した後、山留壁3および地盤1に直線状のアンカ孔10を削孔する。次に、アンカ孔10に緊張材を挿入して定着体を形成しつつ、削孔ロッド5を撤去し、山留壁3の内側を掘削して露出させた面に設けた定着部材に緊張材を定着させる。【選択図】図1
