To provide a dam capable of preventing sediment from flowing through and suppressing the sediment to pass through a permeable part.SOLUTION: A dam 1 in accordance with the present invention comprises an upstream wall part 12 facing an upstream side and a downstream wall part 13 facing a downstream side, and is provided with a pair of extending parts 10 respectively extending from both of river banks, a permeable part 20 passing flowing water between the pair of extending parts 10, and a non-permeable wall part 40 detachably arranged on the upstream wall part 12 of the extending part 10 and covering an opening of an upstream side of the permeable part 20 to prevent the sediment from flowing through.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】土砂を堰き止め、土砂が透過部を通過することを抑制することができる堰堤を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る堰堤１は、上流側に面する上流壁部１２および下流側に面する下流壁部１３を有し、河川の両岸からそれぞれ延出する一対の袖部１０と、一対の袖部１０の間で流水を通す透過部２０と、袖部１０の上流壁部１２に着脱自在に設けられて、透過部２０の上流側の開口を覆って、土砂を堰き止める不透過壁部４０とを備える。【選択図】図１
