PIPING CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To eliminate a difficult storage or delivery and the like due to bulky packaging of a set of piping work components at the time of shipment and to eliminate a difficulty in delivery of a set of the piping work parts after opening the package at a piping work site upon its carrying-in because of a large-sized formation of a set of piping work parts by a prefabrication method applied as a prior method for water supply and hot water supply piping.SOLUTION: This invention comprises an assembling step for assembling several piping units 10 each of which is provided with a first connection member 13 having one pipe 11 flowing service water or drainage water and having a first connection part 12 connected to one end of the pipe 11 that can be connected to other members and a second connection member 15 connected to the other end of the pipe 11 and having a second connection part 14 that can be connected to the other member, a shipment step for shipping several pipe units 10 assembled at the shipment step and a laying step connecting several pipe units 10 shipped at the shipment step at a work site and laying them at the working site.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の給水・給湯用配管の施工方法としてのプレハブ工法においては、配管施工部品セットの大型化が避けられなかったため、出荷に際しての配管施工部品セットの梱包が嵩張って保管や配送等が困難になり、また、搬入後の配管施工現場で、梱包を開いた後の配管施工部品セットの取り回しが容易ではなかった。【解決手段】上下水を通す、1本の配管11と、配管11の一端に接続され、他の部材と連結可能な第一の連結部12を有する、第一の連結部材13と、配管11の他端に接続され、他の部材と連結可能な第二の連結部14を有する、第二の連結部材15と、をそれぞれ備えた複数の配管ユニット10を、組み立てる、組み立て工程と、組み立て工程で組み立てられた複数の配管ユニット10を、出荷する、出荷工程と、出荷工程で出荷された複数の配管ユニット10を、施工現場で連結して当該施工現場に敷設する、敷設工程と、を備える。【選択図】図1
