WATER LEAKAGE REPAIR METHOD FOR EXISTING DRAIN PIPE
To provide a technology for repairing in short time and conveniently a water leakage part passing through a slab of an existing distributing water pipe not exposing part without applying troublesome work such as breakage of the slab.SOLUTION: This invention utilizes a water leakage repairing method comprising a stage for cutting a part of an existing water drainage pipe to form a residual existing water drainage pipe left after cutting; a stage for grinding an inner surface of the left existing water drainage pipe; a stage for preparing a short pipe having a primary part with a smaller outer diameter slightly smaller than an inner diameter of the existing water drainage pipe, and a large diameter part at one end side of the primary part larger than an inner diameter of the existing water discharging pipe and its length longer than a thickness of the slab; and a stage for inserting said short pipe into the residual existing water drainage pipe after coating liquid cutoff agent on an outer surface of the short pipe and closely contacting the outer surface to the inner surface of a residual existing water drainage pipe through liquid cutoff agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】既設配水管のスラブを貫通する露出しない部分の漏水箇所をスラブを破壊するような手間を掛けることなく、短時間で簡便にスラブを貫通する漏水箇所の補修をする技術を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】既設排水管のスラブから出る突出部分を残すようにして、既設排水管の一部分を切断して取り除いて残存する残存既設排水管を形成する工程、残存既設排水管の内面を研磨する工程、既設排水管の内径よりもわずかに外径が小さい主部と、主部の一端側に既設排水管の内径よりも大きい外径の径大部とを有し、且つ、長さがスラブの厚さよりも長い短管を準備する工程、短管の外表面に液状の止水剤を塗布した後、該短管を残存既設排水管に挿入し、外表面を残存既設排水管の内表面に止水剤を介して密着させる工程と、を備える漏水補修方法を用いる。【選択図】図4
