To provide good measurement of the relative position between loading equipment and a loading target.SOLUTION: A control system of loading equipment comprises: a data acquisition part which acquires measurement data from a measurement device mounted on the loading equipment that includes a work machine; a target calculation part which calculates the position of the top end of a loading target to which excavation material excavated with the bucket of the work machine is loaded on the basis of measurement data; a bucket calculation part which calculates position data of the bucket; an overlap judgement part which judges whether or not the top end part of the loading target and the bucket are overlapping each other in the measured data; a work machine control part which, in the case of the judgement that said overlapping is not achieved, controls the work machine accordingly based on the measured position of the top end part of the loading target.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
