To provide a technique capable of improving a detection accuracy of a dynamic body in a vehicle in the mechanical parking facility.SOLUTION: A dynamic body detection device 13 is arranged in the mechanical parking facility and performs vehicle dynamic body detection for detecting the dynamic body in the vehicle. A signal generating device 130 generates a transmission wave VT in vehicle dynamic body detection. An antenna 131 transmits a transmission wave as an electric wave in vehicle dynamic body detection. A determination unit 140 determines if a dynamic body is present in the vehicle or not based on a composite wave of the transmission wave VT and a reflection wave VR received at the antenna 131 at a plurality of reflection objects including a dynamic body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
