To suppress deterioration of performance for a conductive part.SOLUTION: A ceramic body comprises a conductive part and a ceramic part adjacent to the conductive part in a first direction. The ceramic part includes a ceramic material and at least one kind of specific element belonging to any of a rare earth, an alkali metal and an alkali earth metal. The conductive part has a conductive material portion and a ceramic material portion. The conductive material portion includes rhenium (Re) and the ceramic material portion includes the same kind of ceramic material contained in the ceramic part. An area occupancy of rhenium on the conductive material portion existing in at least one cross section parallel to the first direction is higher than 90%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
