To provide a filter device etc. which can take light with air, from which dust is removed, from an outdoor space into an indoor space.SOLUTION: A filter device 1 according to the invention includes: a light transmission part 2 formed by a light transmission member which transmits light; and an air filter part 3 formed by an air filter member which allows air to pass therethrough and filters dust. In a duct with the filter device according to the invention, the filter device 1 is installed so as to close a passage in the duct 4 at the inner side of the duct 4 which is installed in a building so as to allow communication between an indoor space 52 and an outdoor space 51 of the building 5. Further, the filter device 1 is configured so that air A passes through the air filter part 3 and light L penetrates through the light transmission part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
