To make it possible to deliver and receive articles in a dedicated storage unit (60) dedicated to residents of dwelling units while restricting courier entry into entrance gates of the apartment buildings.SOLUTION: When dwelling unit identification information given to each dwelling unit is input to a shared storage device (3), and if a visitor is permitted to enter a second area by a resident of a dwelling unit indicated by the dwelling unit identification information, a central management server (1) temporarily generates a temporary code for unlocking a gate (50) and a dedicated storage unit (60).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】集合住宅のエントランスゲート内への宅配業者の進入を制限しつつ、住戸の居住者専用の専用収納部（６０）での物品の受け渡しを可能とする。【解決手段】住戸毎に付与された住戸識別情報が共用収納装置（３）に入力され、かつ、住戸識別情報が示す住戸の居住者によって来訪者が第２エリアへの進入が許可された場合、集中管理サーバ（１）は、一時的にゲート（５０）および専用収納部（６０）を解錠するための一時符号を生成する。【選択図】図１
