EXISTING PIPE REMOVAL METHOD
To provide an existing pipe removal method capable of minimizing earth retaining, eliminating the need of large-scaled crush means, suppressing noise and also shortening a removal work time.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an existing pipe removal method including the steps of: digging the ground and exposing an upper face part of an existing pipe P; opening a penetration hole 10 in an exposed portion of the existing pipe P; mounting a hydraulic jack 30 that is diameter enlarging means for applying a diameter enlarging force in a direction of cleaving the penetration hole 10 to the penetration hole 10, through lock means 20 to the penetration hole 10; and breaking the existing pipe P by generating a crack K in the existing pipe P by cleaving the penetration hole 10 by means of the hydraulic jack 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
