To suppress vibration by a stable damping force.SOLUTION: One member, the other member, and a vibration control device that is interposed between the one member and the other member and suppresses the vibration in accordance with a rotational operation caused by an input vibration are provided; a guide part is fixed to one member; and the vibration control device is provided with a fixing part fixed to the other member, a rotating part rotatably provided to the other member in a state of interposing a damping material with the fixing part, an arm part extending from the rotating part and oscillating in accordance with rotation of the rotating part, and an engaging part provided on the arm part and engaged with the guide part, the engaging part being guided and moved by the guide part when the one member and the other member move relative to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
