METHOD OF MANUFACTURING GRANULATED PARTICLE FOR PRODUCING CERAMIC
To provide a method of manufacturing a granulated particle for producing ceramic high in productivity, and capable of obtaining a ceramic suppressed in physical property reduction when subjecting to press molding, and producing a ceramic by calcining an obtained press-molded body.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a granulated particle for producing ceramic includes: a slurry-preparing process of preparing a slurry composed of a mixture containing a powder of an inorganic compound, a binder, and a solvent; a granulating process of forming a granule containing the inorganic compound by introducing the slurry into a spray-drying device; an exhausting process of exhausting an atmosphere gas in the spray-drying device through a cyclone having a surface made of ceramic; and a process of mixing a fine powder recovered by the cyclone in the exhausting process with the granule obtained by the granulating process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】生産性が高く、プレス成形に供し、得られたプレス成形体を焼成してセラミックスを製造したとき、物性低下が抑制されたセラミックスを得ることが可能なセラミックス製造用顆粒の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】無機化合物の粉末、結合剤および溶媒を含む混合物よりなるスラリーを調製するスラリー調製工程、前記スラリーをスプレードライ装置に導入して、前記無機化合物を含む顆粒物を形成する造粒工程、前記スプレードライ装置内の雰囲気ガスを、表面がセラミックス製のサイクロンを経由させて排気する排気工程、前記排気工程でサイクロンに回収された微粉を、前記造粒工程で得られた顆粒物に混合する工程、を含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
