GRANULATED SLAG PRODUCING APPARATUS AND PRODUCING METHOD OF GRANULATED SLAG
To provide a granulated slag producing apparatus and a producing method of the granulated slag capable of preventing bumping due to an accumulation of the granulated slag.SOLUTION: The granulated slag producing apparatus includes a blowing box and a blowing nozzle having a plurality of discharge holes for discharging water into the blowing box. The blowing nozzle has a slit-shaped opening that is wider than the discharge hole. Since the blowing nozzle has the slit-shaped opening, the granulated slag contained in cooling water can be discharged from the opening. Therefore, clogging of the blowing nozzle caused by the granulated slag can be prevented. Furthermore, clogging of the nozzle installed in the blowing box can be prevented and the bumping caused by accumulation of the granulated slag can be prevented while any properties of a granulated slag product such as a particle size, are maintained, by producing the granulated slag by using the granulated slag producing apparatus according to the present invention.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】水砕の堆積による突沸を防止することが可能な水砕製造設備及び水砕の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 水砕製造設備は、吹製箱と、前記吹製箱内に向けて水を吐出する複数の吐出孔を有する吹製ノズルと、を有する。前記吹製ノズルは、前記吐出孔より広く、かつスリット状に形成された開口を有する。吹製ノズルがスリット状の開口を有することで、冷却水に含まれている水砕を当該開口から排出させることができる。したがって、吹製ノズルが水砕によって詰まることを防止することができる。すなわち、本発明の水砕製造設備を用いて水砕を製造することで、水砕の成品の粒度などの性状は維持したまま、吹製箱に設置されたノズルの詰まりを防止することができ、かつ水砕の堆積による突沸を防止することができる。【選択図】図３
