To provide a steel pipe pile capable of reducing an influence of an excess pore water pressure when confirming bearing power, a construction method of a steel pipe pile, and a bearing power confirmation method of a steel pipe pile.SOLUTION: A steel pipe pile 1 in which a blade is not formed on a pile peripheral surface for supporting a structure includes: a cylindrical steel pipe pile body 2 made of steel; and a tip closing plate 3 for closing a tip of the steel pipe pile body 2. At the tip closing plate 3, one or a plurality of excessive pore water dissipation holes 3a, 3a communicating with the inside of the steel pipe body 2 are bored, for dissipating the excess pore water pressure when confirming bearing power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
