TAC-COATED GRAPHITE MEMBER
To provide a novel TaC-coated graphite member having high corrosion resistance against corrosive gas, surface porosity, and high processability.SOLUTION: A TaC-coated graphite member 10 of this invention includes: a base material 20 consisting of isotropic graphite and a Tac coating film 30 formed on a surface of the base material 20. The TaC coating film 30 is formed of a laminate having a first layer 32 to an n-th layer 34 (n≥2) with relative density of Rto Rand thickness of tto t. The relative density Rof the first layer 32 formed on an interface side between the base material 20 and the TaC coating film 30 is larger than the relative density Rof the n-th layer 34 formed on a front side of the TaC coating film 30. The first layer 32 preferably has the relative density Rof 95% or more and the thickness tof 10 μm or more and 200 μm or less. The n-th layer 34 preferably has the relative density Rof 45% or more and 90% or less and the thickness tof 10 μm or more and 200 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】腐食性ガスに対する高い耐食性と、表面の多孔性と、易加工性とを兼ね備えた、新規なTaC被覆黒鉛部材を提供すること。【解決手段】TaC被覆黒鉛部材10は、等方性黒鉛からなる基材20と、基材20の表面に形成されたTaC被膜30とを備えている。TaC被膜30は、相対密度がR1〜Rnであり、厚さがt1〜tnである第1層32〜第n層34(n≧2)の積層体からなる。基材20とTaC被膜30との界面側に形成された第1層32の相対密度R1は、TaC被膜30の表面側に形成された第n層34の相対密度Rnより大きい。第1層32は、相対密度R1が95%以上であり、厚さt1が10μm以上200μm以下であるものが好ましい。第n層34は、相対密度Rnが45%以上90%以下であり、厚さtnが10μm以上200μm以下であるものが好ましい。【選択図】図1
