EMBANKMENT INCLUDING FLOOD PREVENTION MECHANISM
To resolve the problem in which heavy rain causes a river to flood, and rainwater that overflows from the top of an embankment 1 damages the outer sloping surface and causes the embankment to break.SOLUTION: The embankment 1 of a river is constructed with a great height after widening the width of a river in order to prevent inundation, and the existing embankment 1 is constructed by piling earth. If rainwater overflows due to flood and comes over a top 3 of the embankment 1, the sloping surface can be damaged and the embankment should eventually break. As a solution, the following remedies are preferable: providing a plurality of recesses 2 on the top 3 of the embankment 1 of a river in a city, a nonliving area, or an area where the effect of flood is reduced to a minimum, and discharging excessive rainwater that overflowed dispersedly from the plurality of provided recesses 2 in order to prevent flood in advance; and introducing and merging rainwater discharged from a main river that is at a high water level due to flood into near streams or the like that are expected to be at a lower water level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 豪雨により河川が洪水となり氾濫を引き起こし、堤防1の頂部から溢れた出た雨水が外側法面を抉り取り堤防の決壊を引き起こす。【解決手段】水害を防止するため川幅を拡幅して高く築き上げた河川の堤防1において、土盛りにより築かれた現状の堤防1においては、洪水により氾濫した雨水が溢れて堤防1の頂部3を乗り越えてしまったら法面を抉り取られ、結果的に決壊を免れることができない。解決手段として市街地、生活圏を避けた地域、又は水害に最小限となる地域の複数個所で、河川の堤防1の頂部3に凹部2を設けて、設けた凹部2の複数個所で分散して溢れた余剰の雨水を排出して氾濫を未然に防止する、又洪水により高水位となった本流の河川から排出された雨水は低水位が見込まれる近辺の小河川等に導水しての合流させての処理方法が好適である。【選択図】図1
