본 발명은 방수층이 기 적용된 구조물의 리모델링 시공에서 기존 방수층과 일체화된 방수층을 형성하는 복합 방수시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 구조물의 시공대상 면에 기 적용된 방수층의 적어도 일부를 제거하고, 적어도 일부가 제거된 잔여 방수층을 포함하는 시공대상 면의 표면을 정리하는 준비단계와 시공대상 면의 표면에 프라이머를 도포하여, 프라이머층을 형성하는 제1 도포단계와 프라이머층의 상부에 도막방수재를 1mm 이상의 두께로 도포한 이후에 양생시켜 도막층을 형성하는 제2 도포단계와 도막층의 상부에 복수의 방수시트를 겹침 이음된 형태로 배치시켜 도막층과 도막층의 상부에 겹침 이음 배치된 복수의 방수시트로 이루어진 방수층을 형성하는 형성단계 및 방수층의 겹침 이음된 형태로 도막층의 상부에 배치된 복수의 방수시트가 이루는 겹침 이음영역 및 외곽에 배치된 방수시트의 외곽영역에 도막방수재를 도포하여 방수층을 보완하는 보완단계를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a complex waterproof construction method that forms a waterproof layer integrated with an existing waterproof layer in remodeling construction on a structure to which a waterproofing layer has been applied. The complex waterproof construction method comprises: a preparation step of removing at least a portion of a waterproof layer applied to the construction target surface of a structure, and cleaning the surface of the construction target surface including the remaining waterproof layer from which the at least the portion is removed; a first application step of applying primer to the construction target surface to form a primer layer; a second application step of applying a coating waterproofing material with a thickness of 1 mm or more to the top of the primer layer and curing the same to form a coating layer; a forming step of arranging a plurality of waterproof sheets on the top of the coating layer to be overlapped and connected with each other, forming a waterproof layer consisting of the coating layer and the plurality of waterproof sheets arranged on the top of the coating layer to be overlapped and connected with each other; and a supplementation step of supplementing the waterproof layer by applying a coating of a waterproofing material to overlapped and connected areas formed by the plurality of waterproof sheets arranged on the top of the coating layer and to the outer areas of the waterproof sheets arranged on an outer side while the waterproof layers are overlapped and connected with each other. Therefore, waterproof performance can be improved.
