To provide a water-permeable non-woven fabric sheet for mold form that can make a surface of a cast concrete structure into a flat surface which is smooth and free of a pinhole, a pit, a crack, etc., and a mold form fitted with the same.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a non-woven fabric sheet 10 for mold form formed in one body through compression molding on non-woven fabric original fabric, wherein a top layer 10a has larger fiber density than a reverse layer 10b, and thermoplastic resin fibers on a top surface of the top layer are bonded by thermocompression to have a smaller average deviation in roughness on the top surface than on the reverse surface. The top surface of the top layer has an average deviation in roughness of 0.50 to 4.80 μm. Further, the non-woven fabric sheet has a coefficient of water permeability (JIS A1218) of 1.0×10to 1.0×10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】打設されたコンクリート構造物の表面を平滑な面で、ピンホール、アバタ、クラック等の無い平坦面とし得る透水性のある型枠用シート及びそれを用いた型枠を提供する。【解決手段】不織布原反を圧縮成形した一体的な型枠用不織布シート10であって、表層10aの繊維密度が裏層10bの繊維密度よりも大きく、表層の表面に位置する熱可塑性樹脂繊維同士が熱融着して表面の粗さの平均偏差が裏面の平均偏差よりも小さい。表層の表面の粗さは平均偏差で0.50〜4.80μmである。さらに、不織布シート全体の透水係数(JIS A 1218)が、1.0×10−2〜1.0×10−4である。【選択図】図1
